  Major Project: my first ideas.                                                                                                                      I start thinking about rebuilding a Magazine Gateway in Leicester. The building would be adopted as a DMU entry gate, and a passage would be added, where students' arts might be installed and could stay there a whole year around.  Here is my finished project. I made it using Photoshop software. I combined the image of the bicycle with the background and added graffiti on the wall. On the background of the yellow wall I also put the name of the company in red, then I paint the bicycle tire on red for balance. I did the same with the lower inscription in a blue color, just like the part of the bicycle. In the lower left corner I have placed the company logo.

  Before my next research, I focused on my own feelings about the bikes. I remember exploring my town on a bicycle, when I was a child. It gave a sens of freedom and a desire to explore the world. Then I decided that the main audience of my ads will be children and adolescent. children on bicycles                                                                happiness    Then I started thinking about the name for the company. From my experience, I know that for kids the bicycle is very helpful in getting to know your immediate neighborhood. That's how I came up with the idea of name for the company-Hoodie Kings, because when you're young, and you're riding on the bicycles which your friends around the "hoods" and you're feeling like kings.

 The topic of today's lesson was the creation of advertising. I thought about creating a bicycle advertisement. I drew a quick sketch with my own ideas, and I started reflecting on my own experiences with bikes. Then I started searching the internet to see various bicycle commercials. The bicycle has a long history, and at the beginning it was used as a means of transport. However, it has been used for many decades for the pleasure, sports or recreation. More and more people in cities use bikes for various reasons such as cheap means of transport, the ability to move quickly or for health reasons.  I found a lot of advertisement from various times periods. Hello, my name is Adam Borek. I graduated from the Secondary School of Fine Arts in Poland. I have always enjoyed drawing, painting and sculpting. I participated in several  artistic projects like creating a Diorama of the ancient city for the Museum. I like to paint the landscapes and drawing portraits. I made murals for private entrepreneurs, but architecture is my true passion. I am interested in both ancient and modern styles, as well as various issues related to this direction. I am a student of De Montfort University in Leicester in Art and Design, and my progressive route is Architecture. I am open to new challenges, and willing to develop my skills. One of my favorite modern architects is Daniel Libeskind, whose work can be found all over the world. I would like to present his design of a Shopping Centre in the capital of Poland - Warsaw, called Golden Terraces.
