Initial Researches

 There are  many architects that I have thought of in connection with my project. The first and perhaps most famous is American architect-Frank Lloyd Wright. Already as a child I saw a photo of the building designed by this architect, where the house is in amazingly blended into the natural landscape in which it is located.

    Adam, when you use examples in your posts, you MUST talk about why you are including them and discuss their relevance to your project. This is your vision, demonstrate your engagement and enjoyment of your subject. Although you have examples here, how do they link to your idea (other than being located in nature?) These examples deserve to be in posts of their own with your reasons for choosing them and relevance to your design ideas. Follow this up with more detailed posts, please.

Location-Port Praski

 I chose Port Praski ( Praski Harbour ) as the location for my building. During my visit to Liverpool I was fascinated by Albert Docks . When I started working on my final project, I linked my experience from visiting Albert Docks with Port Praski in Warsaw, which recently undergoing renovation of the whole site. It is a river port on the Vistula river in Warsaw, the Capital of Poland, in the Praga-North district. The port was built in the area of the Vistula river glacier valley and at the beginning (before the second world war) it was called the New Port. In the interwar period, three port basins were built. The port  was used for cargo loading and as a winter port. later the cargo handling functions were taken over by the Port Zeranski. Until 2012, there was a water station in the Port Praski, which was built in 1885, and it was then used as a floating marina for steam boats.  The port performed its function until 1963, when a new port Zeranski was put into use.
