Project Sign-off

 This is my project sign-oof for this term. My idea is to design hotel, and my theme is black. The name for this building is "Black Diamond", and it will be modern design building with black exterior wall surface and expansive windows. I will design the building and I will create four 2D outcomes and one 3D outcome. I will digitailzed my work and I will add everything to my website.

    Follow up this post with research into the links we discussed during the tutorial - it is important to show that you are researching as deeply as you can - this means location, materials, sustainability etc with visual and written examples. Remember that your referencing was something you needed to improve upon this term as well.

 I chose Port Praski ( Praski Harbour ) as the location for my building. During my visit to Liverpool I was fascinated by Albert Docks . When I started working on my final project, I linked my experience from visiting Albert Docks with Port Praski in Warsaw, which recently undergoing renovation of the whole site. It is a river port on the Vistula river in Warsaw, the Capital of Poland, in the Praga-North district. The port was built in the area of the Vistula river glacier valley and at the beginning (before the second world war) it was called the New Port. In the interwar period, three port basins were built. The port  was used for cargo loading and as a winter port. later the cargo handling functions were taken over by the Port Zeranski. Until 2012, there was a water station in the Port Praski, which was built in 1885, and it was then used as a floating marina for steam boats.  The port performed its function until 1963, when a new port Zeranski was put into use.
